Dust is an adult Celestial dragon, due to the nature of her ability and potential to destroy reality, she has been hypnotized into a little state. She has no potty training, and so will require diapers. She cannot change her own, so will require a caregiver.
Warnings:
-As a dragon she can be prideful and bratty, and may require a firm hand.
-Due to the hypnosis, she is non violent, but doesnt know her own strength. As s such, protective gear and restraints are recommended. Points to look out for; Horns, Claws, Tail, Wings, Fire Breath, Active magic. It is recommended to restrain and cover these parts. More restraints are acceptable as needed.
